Guide Trips

My guide philosophy is to teach the techniques that will allow the client to catch fish for a life time. While on a guide trip with me, you will improve your casting, insect identification, proper fly presentation, fly pattern selection, reading the water, fish identification and anything else that will increase the number of fish you catch. I take pride in knowing my clients will be able to fish Eastern Sierra waters confidently with the techniques I teach them.

Float Tube Trips

These trips are ideal for the fly-fishing angler wanting to explore still waters of the Sierra. A float tube is an intimate way to fish still waters allowing the fly-fisher to get up close and personal with the fish and the insects. Dry fly, nymphing and streamer fishing techniques are all excellent ways of fly fishing from a float tube. Still waters produce the biggest fish of the season. I offer full- and half-day trips. Clients must provide their own float tubes, waders and fins.
